I'm on the phone with Microsoft trying to get a product key issue solved and as always I'm more interested in the background noise than what the customer rep is saying... If I ever end up setting a call center I know what our (tasteless) April Fool's joke will be. I'll have a tape looping with wailing babies, explosions and gun fire playing in the background.
