Go out and buy Netflix, CinemaNow, MovieLink or one of the others who are trying to provide movie download and/or subscriptions services. Create the client app with P2P technology to minimize badwidth costs, provide users the option to get discounts for hosting data. OEM or partner with a hardware vendor to create a DVR (with open APIs and a web interface so you can set it to download from work and watch the movie when you get home). Price it like YMU.

P.S. You are losing money for not having a proper ringtone, screensaver, logo, etc mobile service. Wake up, (nearly) free money! (Just exactly how many teens do you have as users?). The minimalistic 1200 ringtones that only work with Cingular (and you can't even listen to without punching in your phone number etc) is a joke. Sorry.
