Yahoo! Music Engine got renamed to Yahoo! Music Jukebox and the 2.0 release came out today. It has a few nifty features and I still need to dig into the developer/API additions, but I noticed that the installer people were a little fanatical about the system check and it won't install on Windows Server 2003 by default. No fear, help is here...

1. When prompted to Run/Save the main installer, choose Save.
2. Right-click on the saved ymjsetup.exe file and go to the Compatibility page.
3. Check Run this program in compatibilty mode for: .
4. Select Windows XP from the list, and then click OK.
5. Start the installation.
6. Prepare for some bumps along the way.

Now, you'll probably get a warning stating "Windows Formats, a required component did not install successfully" but just click No to finish the installation and reboot once it has completed.
